Who am I to disagree....
You don’t have to travel the world or the seven seas to find the best cheesecake…learn how to bake two very different, but equally cheesing, cheesecakes in this fabulous new class.
Firstly learn to create the classic New York cheesecake –smooth, velvety vanilla cheese filling encased in buttery biscuit crumbs and topped with fresh berries and Chantilly cream.
Then be inducted into the mysteries of the Basque Cheesecake, known for its velvety opulent interior and caramelised crust; smooth and decadent with a creamy custard like texture and charred tip to impart a slight smoky flavour.
Get rid of those crust issues and feel gouda bout yourself (I apologise but I just couldn't help it).
Take home all you bake in class
A light lunch is provided for all class participants
On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
Due to our enviromental sustainability policy William Angliss will no longer provide disposable containers to transport food; please bring suitable containers to take home all you make in class.
