Once the online course has been purchased, and online enrolment form completed, participants will be emailed login details to give them access to the course.
Zoom invitation: You will receive a Zoom invitation (Zooming link + Meeting ID + Password) once you have completed all online assessments and they have been marked as competent by the trainer.

SIRRFSA001 – Handle food safely in a retail environment
This online Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) course is crucial for anyone needing to handle food safely and covers the full requirements to be a Food Safety Supervisor in the Retail Industry.
The course will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement safe food handling and storage practices and food safety programs.
Once you have purchased the online Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) course you will be emailed a username and password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake your course.
Students complete a final assessment and a case study and there is a three (3) month time limit to complete the Food Safety Supervisor FSS course.
On successful completion of the course you will be emailed a copy of your certificate and then post the original to you.
