Participants are requested to to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes and long trousers for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Discover how to add pizazz to the humble pie, from the inside out, by crafting an assortment of sweet and savoury fillings (chicken & mushroom, shepherds, pumpkin pecan – just to name a few) and some avant-garde pasty varieties (cream cheese pastry anyone?)
You will also garner insider tips and tricks to ensure your pies always achieve a professional finish
