Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Learn how to produce your own creamy gourmet ice cream and seasonal sorbets.
In this exacting one day course you will discover the delights of making semifreddo, an assortment of fresh seasonal fruit sorbets and a variety of naturally flavoured ice cream, such as vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, all from scratch
A light lunch will be provided for all class participants.

On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
