WSET Terms and Conditions
Bookings are not secured until full payment is received.
Course bookings will close 15 working days prior to the course commencement date.
Cancellations for bookings on any WSET courses are refundable up to 15 working days prior to the course start date. An administration fee of $50 will be deducted and the remainder of the course fee refunded.
Occasionally, due to lack of demand or other unforeseen circumstances, a scheduled course may have to be cancelled by William Angliss. Affected students will be given appropriate notice in the event of the cancellation of their course. Students will be offered a place on an alternative course if available, or a refund of their booking fees (if the study pack has been picked up then the cost of the study pack will be deducted)
Study Materials
Level 2 course materials are available for pick up from William Angliss Institute, however Level 1 Award materials are provided on the day of the course.
Should the student wish to attain the course material before their course day, it is the student's responsibility to ensure that they organise receipt, please contact shortcourses@angliss.edu.au to organise pickup.
If the student cancels the course after receiving the study materials, then cost of the study materials and the administration fee of $50 will be deducted from the course fee before processing the refund.
