Get your Kath and Kim on and indulge in some chardonnay education.

Facing a revival at present (not due to the Kath and Kim influence) chardonnay is a multi-faceted complex wine.

In this class you will explore eight wines from around the world and discover how and why chardonnay varies from climate to climate and how various winemaking influences the final result.

The time for cardonnay is not O V A H - I think this calls for BBQ shapes.
