This course is conducted online and you have access to the learning system 24/7. You have 3 months to complete the course.
Prerequisites
A good understanding of written and spoken English is required to undertake this course.
To Complete this course satisfactorily it is recommended that you are currently in a supervisory or managerial role within an organisation, as access to workplace systems and stakeholders is required for assessment conditions to be met.

This Skill Builder consists of two nationally accredited units:
SIRXSLS004- Drive sales results
BSBMKG541- Identify and evaluate marketing opportunities
The following topics are covered in each unit:
SIRXSLS004:
· Review current operations
· Develop a plan to drive sales
· Implement and monitor sales plans
BSBMKG541:
· Explore marketing opportunities
· Evaluate marketing opportunities
· Evaluate required changes to current operations
What You Get
A Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for the units of competency SIRXSLS004 and BSBMKG541.
Materials to Bring
Once the course has been purchased, you will be contacted via email by our team to complete an Enrolment Form and provide photographic ID (passport, drivers licence, proof of age, etc.) so you can be set up in the online learning system.
You are also required to supply a USI Number (this must match the legal name you have provided). If you don’t have one, please apply for one via this link: www.usi.gov.au
Please note: any information gathered is for training set up and government reporting purposes only.
As this course is online you will be required to record Performance Tasks, you will need to ensure you have a working camera and microphone/speaker.

The Sales & Marketing for Supervisors online Skill Builder is comprised of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (SIRXSLS004 – Drive sales results and BSBMKG541 – Identify and evaluate marketing opportunities).
Once the course has been purchased, participants will be emailed an Enrolment Form. This Enrolment Form must be completed, signed and returned with a valid form of photographic ID for participants to be set up in our systems.
The creation of user accounts to access the online course is a manual operation and therefore takes place during office hours only and not over the weekend. In most cases you should allow 24-48hrs for this process to be complete.
Once all paperwork is returned, participants will be contacted by their trainer detailing the requirements for completing the course and emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake the course.
There are a range of assessments that are required to be completed as part of this course, which include:
- Knowledge Questions (online)
- Project/Scenarios (online)
- Performance Tasks (video recording upload to training system)
- Orals (Zoom)
Participants have 3 months from the online enrolment date to complete the unit assessments and upon successful completion of all the assessment elements, will receive a William Angliss Statement of Attainment.
Units will be archived once the course has expired, students can request an extension however this will not be granted after the expiry date has passed.
Refunds will not be processed for change of mind.
