Duration

This course is conducted online and you have access to the learning system 24/7. You have 4 months to complete the course.

Prerequisites

A good understanding of written and spoken English is required to undertake this course.

This Skill Builder consists of three nationally accredited units:

·         BSBMKG431 – Assess marketing opportunities;

·         BSBOPS404 – Implement customer service strategies; and,

·         SIRXSLS004 – Drive sales results

The following topics are covered in each unit:

BSBMKG431:

·         Identify marketing opportunities

·         Analyse opportunities

·         Evaluate opportunities

BSBOPS404:

·         Advise on customer service needs

·         Support implementation of customer service strategies

·         Evaluate and report on customer service

SIRXSLS004

·         Review current operations

·         Develop a plan to drive sales

·         Implement and monitor sales plan

 

What You Get

A Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for the units of competency BSBMKG431, BSBOPS404 and SIRXSLS004.

Materials to Bring

Once the course has been purchased, you will be contacted via email by our team to complete an Enrolment Form and provide photographic ID (passport, drivers licence, proof of age, etc.) so you can be set up in the online learning system.

You are also required to supply a USI Number (this must match the legal name you have provided). If you don’t have one, please apply for one via this link: www.usi.gov.au

As this course is online you will be required to record Performance Tasks, you will need to ensure you have a working camera and microphone/speaker.

DESCRIPTION

The Sales & Marketing for Managers Staff online Skill Builder is comprised of 3 nationally recognised units of competency (BSBMKG431 – Assess marketing opportunities; BSBOPS404 – Implement customer service strategies; and, SIRXSLS004 – Drive sales results).

Once the course has been purchased, participants will be emailed an Enrolment Form. This Enrolment Form must be completed, signed and returned with a valid form of photographic ID for participants to be set up in our systems.

The creation of user accounts to access the online course is a manual operation and therefore takes place during office hours only and not over the weekend. In most cases you should allow 24-48hrs for this process to be complete.

 

Once all paperwork is returned, participants will be contacted by their trainer detailing the requirements for completing the course and emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake the course.

 

There are a range of assessments that are required to be completed as part of this course, which include:

  • Knowledge Questions (online)
  • Project/Scenarios (online)
  • Performance Tasks (video recording upload to training system)
  • Orals (Zoom)

 

Participants have 4 months from the online enrolment date to complete the unit assessments and upon successful completion of all the assessment elements, will receive a William Angliss Statement of Attainment.

 Units will be archived once the course has expired, students can request an extension however this will not be granted after the expiry date has passed.

 Refunds will not be processed for change of mind.
