The Responsible Service of Alcohol online course is comprised of 1 nationally recognised unit of competency (SITHFAB002 – Provide responsible service of alcohol). This unit is currently recognised in Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, the Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania.
Once the course has been purchased, participants will be emailed an Enrolment Form. This Enrolment Form must be completed, signed and returned with a valid form of photographic ID for participants to be set up in our systems.
Once all required paperwork is returned, participants will be contacted by their trainer detailing the requirements for completing the course and emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake the course.
This course consists of online questions, projects and scenarios and you will be required to complete a face to face element which will be conducted via Zoom.
Participants have 3 months and 3 attempts from the online enrolment date to complete the unit and upon successful completion of the online course, will receive a William Angliss statement of attainment.
This course is suitable for international students and other VISA holders as William Angliss Institute is a CRICOS Approved Training Provider (01505M).
PLEASE NOTE: TThe creation of user accounts to access the RSA online course is a manual operation and therefore takes place during office hours only and not over the weekend. In most cases you should allow 24-48hrs for this process to be complete.
