Dress Code

Participants are advised to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes and long trousers for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Teambuilding activities at William Angliss Institute are held in our large, fully equipped, purpose built training kitchens. This environment in itself provides a challenge for visitors and certainly sets the scene for a really dynamic culinary experience.

Individuals and groups are judged on their team participation, creativity, consistency and final product.
