Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

This short course will furnish you with tried and tested recipes so full of complexity, flavour and depth you won’t believe they can be dairy free, as well as provide you with the basic tools, and confidence, to create your own unique flavours
This class is ideal for those needing to understand more about the fundamentals of ice cream production and how to fix the problems encountered along the journey (eg ice cream too soft or too hard or too grainy ‘cause that ain’t no fun).
Dairy based ice cream will also be covered but the practical side will focus on plant based ice creams.
A light lunch will be provided for all class participants.
