Dress Code

Participants are advised to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

 Transport yourself to the colours and flavours of India with this course.

 Take a trip to the north of India with this class and learn how to prepare and cook a North Indian dinner party. Gain comprehension and understanding of the complexity of Indian spices to extract the maximum flavour from your dishes.

Learn how to create authentic onion bahji, butter chicken, pulao (Indian rice dish) and, for dessert, Gulab jamun – a deep fried milk dumpling soaked in sugar and rose syrup.
