Participants are requested to to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes and long trousers for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Cover yourself in a glaze of glory with this innovative plant based workshop; simple, practical and delicious - discover how to make classic doughnuts with a modern vegan (v)edge at home.
In this one day course you will learn how to create a plant based, traditional style doughnut and experiment with a range of various flavours which may include salted caramel, peanut and milk chocolate, cherry and dark chocolate, classic chocolate and coconut and lime.
