1. Food and Wine Matching 

Join Alex an experienced trainer with a passion for wine in a 45 minute live zoom session as he discusses the basics of food and wine matching.

Alex spent years as a Restaurant Manager and Licensee in many high profile Sydney venues.

2.  Indigenous Cookery - "How to incorporate indigenous ingredients into your menu"

Join Chef Josh in a 45 minute live zoom session as he talks about his experience with native ingredients.  Josh is passionate about Indigenous Ingredients and has worked with students from the National Indigenous Cookery Institute for 8 years and has cooked in remote Indigenous areas including the TIWI Islands.
