Dress Code
Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes and long trousers for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Allow our trainers to seduce you into the magical world of hand made cheese.
Create your own cheese with this two day, hands on class. You will make brine (for the storage process) and curd, learn about the stretching and shaping process and discover the importance of temperature and storage of the cheese. Plus, take home all cheese made in this class.
This class is ideal for those who wish to learn about the soft cheese process in its entirety.
On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
