Participants are advised to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Chocolate Easter Eggs and Hot Cross Buns…need we say more about this eggciting class? Yes? Oh...alright then...
Prepare to be an Easter eggspert– learn how to make your own delicious hot cross buns and decadent chocolate eggs.
Let's rais(in) the bar and discover the delights of baking hot, fresh, handmade hot cross buns, packed with fruit and eating them, smothered with butter, straight from your oven; does it get any better? From making the dough to piping the cross this class is second to bun.
If that isn't enough you will also learn how to mould and make your own Easter Egg. Forget mass produced products – show your special somebunny some love with a hand crafted treat; you will temper and mould the chocolate using courveture chocolate and decorate using modern techniques and design.
Additionally you will produce individual chocolates (to give away or to eat yourself – we don’t judge).
Places are limited so hop to it; no eggcuses.
On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
