This class is an introduction to piping skills – you will engage in piping exercises to develop skills.
Discover how to make a piping bag and determine how to correctly handle a variety of piping bags (paper, cloth and tube) and discover the differences they deliver in piping. You will cover border work, scroll work and writing, in addition to hand piping flowers, rosettes and shells.
This focus of this class is piping skills and nothing but – you will work and produce edible decorated pieces and utilise foam cakes to practice the piping; you do not make or bake any products in this class
