Participants are advised to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Learn the tips and tricks – and there are plenty – to creating, preparing and perfecting this simple and versatile pastry.
You will learn how to make several dishes using this humble pastry; a fruit pie, an almond pear tart, fruit flan and a quiche, incorporating fillings such as custard, frangipane, fruit filling and many more.
On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
