Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

It's not just a berry good class…this is the pearfect class.

Unleash the pearfect storm and create your own fruit shaped petit gateaux such as strawberries, mandarins, peaches and cherries.

In this challenging, hands-on class you will learn a variety of techniques culminating in construction your own petit gateaux.

Discover how to make fillings composed of fruit compote, mousses and cremeux, which will rest atop a sablè base. This class will also provide a solid foundation for garnishes – fruits are finished in a mirror glaze or velvet spray and decorated with details made of chocolate and fondant.

This class is the peel deal.

On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance. 

A light lunch is provided for all class participants
