Stand out from the crowd - don't conform...unicorn.
If you can’t be a unicorn the next best thing is to make your own unicorn.
Beginning with making an elementary cake base you will then learn how to cut, fill and mask the cake using swiss meringue buttercream.
The main focus of this class will be the cake decoration – you will be trained in fondant work for the horn and ears as well as buttercream piping techniques and cake assembly.
Additionally you will be instructed on how to store and transport your unicorn cake so it can travel safely home with you.
Go on – add some magic to your life (or, at least, your kitchen).
On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
A light lunch is provided for all class participants
Take home all you produce in class
