Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes and long trousers for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Make your very own Red Velvet Christmas cake, complete with meringue snowman for decoration.
You will learn to make a red velvet cake which will be sandwiched together with a cream cheese icing, discover the tricks and secrets to masking the cake (with a coconut ganache) and learn how to pipe and create meringue snowmen for fun and festive cake toppers.
This class is designed for students aged between ten and fifteen years of age.
Take your cake home to use as the centrepiece of your family’s Christmas day celebration (if you can wait that long).
On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
