The Sales & Marketing for Frontline Staff online course is comprised of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (SIRXSLS001 – Sell to the retail customer and SITXMPR002 – Create a promotional display or stand), and covers:
- The performance, skills and knowledge required to deliver quality customer service to retail customer;
- The ability to determine customer needs, match products and services to their needs, and facilitate a sale;
- Creating a display or stand for the promotion of a product or service; and,
- The ability to identify the objectives of the promotion, determine who the audience will be, select all display components and assemble the display or stand.
Once the online course has been purchased, participants will be emailed an Enrolment Form. This Enrolment Form and all associated information contained within it must be completed. All information that is supplied is used for Government reporting purposes only as the purchased Short Course is made up of nationally accredited units.
Once all required paperwork is returned, you will be contacted by your Trainer and emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake your course.
Participants will have 3 months from the enrolment date online to complete the two units and upon successful completion of the online course, will receive a William Angliss statement of attainment.
PLEASE NOTE: The creation of user accounts is a manual operation and therefore takes place Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
