The Sales for Managers online course comprises of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (SIRXSLS406 – Manage sales and service delivery and SIRXSLS410 – Lead a sales representative team), and covers:
- The knowledge required to monitor, maintain and improve sales and service delivery via the use of market research, developing new markets, and marketing products and services within the culture of the overall store policy;
- Developing and maintaining excellence in sales and service delivery by ensuring the provision of a well-resourced working environment for fellow staff;
- The skills required to lead a sales team to achieve the business objectives governing sales and service for a defined customer group or territory; and,
- Leadership through the management of the team and its resources, while encouraging the modelling of sales and service values and behaviour.
Upon successfull completion of this online course, participants will receive a William Angliss statement of attainment.
Participants will have 3 months from the enrolment date online to complete the two units.
Once you have purchased the online course you will be emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake your course. On successful completion of the course a certificate of completion will be posted to you.
