The Sales & Marketing for Managers online course is comprised of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (BSBSLS408 – Present, secure and support sales solutions and BSBMKG514 – Implement and monitor marketing activities), and covers:
- The skills and knowledge required to present sales solutions that respond to specific buying needs of a client;
- Attending to post-sales activities that build and strengthen the partnership between a salesperson and client;
- Applying and observing marketing plan objectives and action any necessary improvements; and,
- Identifying improvements for marketing strategies and formulating recommendations for future marketing activities.
Once the online course has been purchased, participants will be emailed an Enrolment Form. This Enrolment Form and all associated information contained within it must be completed. All information that is supplied is used for Government reporting purposes only as the purchased Short Course is made up of nationally accredited units.
Once all required paperwork is returned, you will be contacted by your Trainer and emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake your course.
Participants will have 3 months from the enrolment date online to complete the two units and upon successful completion of the online course, will receive a William Angliss statement of attainment.
PLEASE NOTE: The creation of user accounts is a manual operation and therefore takes place Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
