You met me at a very sweet time in my life....
Welcome to Bite Club. The first rule of Bite Club is: you will make miniature treats in bite Club. The second rule of bite Club is: you will make miniature treats in bite Club!
In this course discover how to craft traditional French petit fours (little bites) and create an enticing array of mini treats….one bite at a time.
Fashion mini éclairs, construct sable with filling of apple jelly, petit four glace (cherries or dates coated in marzipan and dipped in caramel) make tiramisu roll, twill cigar pistachio crème, lemon dome, fruit or chocolate trifle and verrine (dessert in a glass – trio of choc mousse, brownie base hazelnut filling).
This class will also focus on the presentation; the display of your perfect handicraft is a key element of petit fours - we don't want all that hard work to be overlooked
How much can you know about yourself if you’ve never had a petit bite?
On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
A light lunch is provided for all class participants
