Dress Code

Participants are advised to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

You will experience how to create delicious sweets that actually increase your energy, improve your body’s natural flora and nourish your well-being (it's fine if you want to keep that a secret!)

This class is about learning how to prepare both simple and complex raw desserts, including hints and tips for using the right ingredients and methods to give you a perfect result - every time. These desserts are so appetising they will to wow even the fussiest of eaters.

On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
