The Quality & Innovation for Frontline Staff online course is comprised of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (BSBINN201 – Contribute to workplace innovation and BSBFLM309 – Support continuous improvement systems and processes), and covers:

  • Making a pro-active and positive contribution to workplace innovation;
  • Identifying, suggesting and developing ideas about better ways of doing things at a practical operational level in a specific area of activity;
  • Supporting the organisation’s continuous improvement systems and processes; and,
  • Actively encouraging the team to participate in the process, monitoring and reporting on specified outcomes and supporting opportunities for further improvements.


Once the online course has been purchased, participants will be emailed an Enrolment Form. This Enrolment Form must be completed, signed and returned with a valid form of photographic ID for participants to be set up in our systems.   All information that is supplied is used for Government reporting purposes only as the purchased Short Course is made up of nationally accredited units.


 Once all required paperwork is returned, you will be contacted by your Trainer and emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake your course.


This course consists of online activities and projects and you will be required to complete a face to face element which will be conducted via Zoom.


 Participants will have 3 months from the enrolment date online to complete the two units and upon successful completion of the online course, will receive a William Angliss statement of attainment.


PLEASE NOTE: The creation of user accounts is a manual operation and therefore takes place Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
