The Quality & Innovation for Managers online course comprises of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (BSBINN301 – Promote innovation in a team environment and BSBINN502 – Build and sustain an innovative work environment), and covers:

  • Being an effective and proactive member of an innovative team;
  • Playing a proactive role in demonstrating, encouraging or supporting innovation in a team environment;
  • Creating an environment that enables and supports the application of innovative practice focusing on a holistic approach to the integration of innovation across all areas of work practice; and,
  • Individuals working in leadership or management roles in any industry or community context.

Upon successfull completion of this online course, participants will receive a William Angliss statement of attainment.

Participants will have 3 months from the enrolment date online to complete the two units.

Once you have purchased the online course you will be emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake your course. On successful completion of the course a certificate of completion will be posted to you.

PLEASE NOTE: The creation of user accounts is a manual operation and therefore takes place during office hours only.
