The Customer Service for Frontline Staff online course comprises of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (SITXCSS007 – Enhance the customer service experience and SITXCCS003 – Interact with customers), and covers:
- Being able to provide professional and personalised customer service experiences;
- The ability to determine and meet customer preferences, developing customer relationships, responding to difficult service situations and taking responsibility for resolving complaints;
- The outcomes, skills and knowledge required to deliver fundamental customer service to both internal and external customers; and,
- Greeting and serving customers and dealing with a range of customer service enquiries including routine customer problems.
Upon successfull completion of this online course, participants will receive a William Angliss statement of attainment.
Participants will have 3 months from the enrolment date online to complete the two units.
Once you have purchased the online course you will be emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake your course. On successful completion of the course a certificate of completion will be posted to you.
