The Recruitment & HR for Frontline Staff online course comprises of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (SITXHRM401 – Roster staff and BSBWOR203 – Work effectively with others), and covers:
- The performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to develop, administer and communicate staff rosters;
- Planning rosters according to industrial provisions, operational efficiency requirements and within wage budgets; and,
- The skills and knowledge required to work cooperatively with others and deal effectively with issues, problems and conflict.
Upon successfull completion of this online course, participants will receive a William Angliss statement of attainment.
Participants will have 3 months from the enrolment date online to complete the two units.
Once you have purchased the online course you will be emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake your course. On successful completion of the course a certificate of completion will be posted to you.
