Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Knowledge is a weapon so arm yourself well – acquire the skills to make a fabulously indulgent high tea to impress your guests, and more importantly, yourself.
Learn how to perfect scones with jam and cream, craft petit fours, make impeccable choux pastry treats and construct dainty chocolate delicacies.
Then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labour while indulging in glass of bubbly.

On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
A light lunch is provided for all class participants
