Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes and long trousers for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Learn the secrets of great presentation how to prepare sensational recipes and awesome dishes, with special focus on enhancing your barbeque techniques with handy tips and tricks from our Chef, as well as hands on experience.
In this class you will learn the art of marinades (because meat and sauce are marinade for each other) and how to produce succulent meat dishes and vegetables on the grill.
Create barbecued salmon & tuna steaks, barbecued noodles, char grilled eye fillet of beef, grilled whole flounder, char grilled vegetable salad, slaw salad, cocktail chats, pineapple & peach flambé and island mist fruit punch.
This hugely entertaining class culminates in a shared meal for all participants with accompanying beverages.
