Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes and long trousers for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Tart up your patisserie skills with this inventive class where you will gain the expertise necessary to produce faultless pastry and perfect fillings every time.
Discover the secret to the ultimate sweet chocolate pastry (plus variations of sweet pastry), make a decadent chocolate baked custard filling with a raspberry curd insert and decorate with chocolate garnishes.
Additionally you will be initiated into the secret of apple and rhubarb Tart Tatin; make traditional slow cooked caramelized apple and, not so traditional, poached rhubarb covered with crisp sweet pastry.
