Dress Code

Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes and long trousers for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Tart up your patisserie skills with this inventive class where you will gain the expertise necessary to produce faultless pastry and perfect fillings every time.

Discover the secret to the ultimate sweet pastry and create a vanilla mixed fruit tart.

Additionally you will be initiated into the secret of the traditional lemon meringue tart and not so traditional gin and tonic tart (talk about a tart starter!!).
