Dress Code

Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes and long trousers for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.

Immerse yourself into a cuisine steeped in custom and complexity with this Indian curry class.

Discover how to layer flavours to create a bold, rich and intense traditional Indian eating experience. Explore the intricacies and subtleties involved in the delicate art of balancing flavours and the nuances involved in producing the essence of an exceptional curry.

Learn how to construct your own curry pastes, powder and sauces, which will add depth and flavour to the meat and salmon dishes you create in the class. This class also explores side dishes as well as a traditional Indian dessert.

At the conclusion of the class participants will sit down to enjoy the dishes you have prepared with your fellow students.

On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
