The Events for Frontline Staff online course is comprised of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (SITEEVT003 – Coordinate on-site event registrations and SITEEVT001 – Source and use information on the events industry), and covers:

  • Preparing for and processing on-site attendee registrations at events;
  • Collecting and collating all registration materials in advance of the event, set up the registration area and checking attendee’s registration details before admission;
  • Interpreting current and emerging information on events industry to enhance the quality of event coordination; and,
  • Industry structures, technologies, laws and ethical issues specifically relevant to event coordination.


Once the online course has been purchased, participants will be emailed an Enrolment Form. This Enrolment Form must be completed, signed and returned with a valid form of photographic ID for participants to be set up in our systems.   All information that is supplied is used for Government reporting purposes only as the purchased Short Course is made up of nationally accredited units.


Once all required paperwork is returned, you will be contacted by your Trainer and emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake your course.


This course consists of online activities and projects and you will be required to complete a face to face element which will be conducted via Zoom.


 Participants will have 3 months from the enrolment date online to complete the two units and upon successful completion of the online course, will receive a William Angliss statement of attainment.


PLEASE NOTE:  The creation of user accounts to access the online course is a manual operation and therefore takes place during office hours only and not over the weekend. In most cases you should allow 24-48hrs for this process to complete.
