The Recruitment & HR for Managers online course is comprised of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (SITXHRM004 – Recruit, select and induct staff and SITXHRM006 – Monitor staff performance), and covers:
- The performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to coordinate the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff members within the framework of existing human resource policies and procedures;
- Identifying the recruitment needs, developing selection criteria, processing and evaluating applications, selecting people according to their attitude, aptitude and fit to the service industries and coordinating induction programs;
- The skills and knowledge required to monitor staff performance within the framework of established performance management systems; and,
- Monitoring the day-to-day effectiveness of staff and conducting structured performance appraisals and formal counselling sessions.
Once the online course has been purchased, participants will be emailed an Enrolment Form. This Enrolment Form and all associated information contained within it must be completed. All information that is supplied is used for Government reporting purposes only as the purchased Short Course is made up of nationally accredited units.
Once all required paperwork is returned, you will be contacted by your Trainer and emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake your course.
Participants will have 3 months from the enrolment date online to complete the two units and upon successful completion of this online course, will receive a William Angliss statement of attainment.
