Successful venues are using social media to generate more business. Find out how you can do the same, without having to out-source to an agency or hire a ‘community manager’, and capitalize on any media opportunities for your business that you may not currently be aware of. You will also learn INVALUABLE skills in media interview techniques, basic digital content production and more, to empower you and give you confidence to make your business as dynamic as possible.

The course will provide attendees with an overview of social media and content creation and how it can drive business and increase revenue for hospitality venues & small businesses.

This course is presented by Nerida Conway – Radio show host of ‘What’s Cooking’, (Macquarie Fairfax radio) and media professional who will share her on the job experience & knowledge in a fun, highly interactive workshop.

It is suited to people who are responsible for implementing marketing and promotions for a venue such as Venue or Bar Managers, Marketing and Promotional Managers and Licensees/ restranteurs who want to understand how they can best use social and traditional media to enhance their business.

The course would also be advantageous for those people who want to further enhance their hospitality credentials.

 Please note: A good understanding of written and spoken English is required to undertake this
