It is recommended that participants wear soft soled flat shoes and clean comfortable clothing. Long hair should be tied up.
These sessions are only for William Angliss Institute and Coffee Academy students who do not have access to espresso making equipment and need to practice their newly learned skills.The sessions are ideal if you are wanting to gain extra practice and coffee making experience before applying for employment within the coffee industry. You would have completed at least the ABC of Espresso making course https://shortcourses.angliss.edu.au/courses/1001001-abc-of-espresso-making and/or prefabably the Advanced Espresso course. All consumables are supplied - coffee beans, milk and equipment.
