Sourdough Bread Making

In this hands-on course, you will learn the fundamentals required to make a range of delicious breads that have flavour, texture and character.

You will gain an understanding of the ingredients used and their role in the product, including Spelt and Rye flours. You will use different mixing methods and learn how they can change the profile of the finished product. This course will teach you all about the sourdough process, how to start you own culture, keep it alive and make bread using it.
Over the duration of the course you will make and take away a variety of products including, Ciabatta, Baguettes, Olive Sourdough, Sourdough Rye and Miche.

3 Sessions: Friday 6 - 9pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm
