Kids in the Kitchen - new!

Isn’t it wonderful that our young people are now embracing their food in such a curious, enthusiastic and positive way.  As much as classes for the young often start from a base of fun and play, some of the kids are taking the whole food and cooking culture more seriously and are looking at it as the start of sound life-long skills or possibly as an exciting future career.

Artisan Bread - Mastering Sourdough

You will gain an understanding of the ingredients used and their role in the final product, including Spelt and Rye flours.
You will use different mixing methods and learn how they can change the profile of the finished product.
This course will teach you all about the sourdough process, how to start you own culture, keep it alive and make bread using it.
