RSA face-to-face, is an accredited program that meets the requirements of the nationally accredited hospitality training package unit ‘Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol ‘SITHFAB009A’. Those who wish to obtain employment and employees involved in the sale of liquor may be required to complete RSA.

The course involves better business practices, legal responsibilities, facts about alcohol, with a focus on monitoring the premises and developing better business practices to improve the atmosphere. On successful completion of the course participants will receive a certificate.

Important Information – although this course is nationally accredited, it may not be accepted in certain state/ territories. It is advisable to contact the appropriate government department if moving interstate.
