Regional Italian Cuisine - NEW

This unique course has been organised in collaboration with Pinocchio's Restaurant in Hampton, well renowned for its superb, authentic Italian pizzas.

To build on the pizza success Pinocchio's are now offering theme dinners; a monthly culinary expedition through the diverse regions of Italy. The monthly dinners (on the first Monday of each month) celebrate the various fine foods found in each unique region.

Following each dinner, there will be a weekend cooking class offered at William Angliss Institute where Chef Lorenzo will teach you how to replicate the dinner menu and be able to cook the same menu at home for family and friends. You will not only learn a range of authentic Italian recipes in each class you will also learn about the amazing food culture of that particular region and the wonderful stories that go with it.

You can register for each weekend session individually or pay for the full series (five sessions per semester) and receive a discount on the total price.

2nd Semester
Weekend 1: Puglia - 18th and 19th August
Weekend 2: Piemonte a Valle D'Aosta - 15th and 16th September
Weekend 3: Lombardia - 13th and 14th October
Weekend 4: Sicilia - 17th and 18th November
Weekend 5: The Best of Italy - 15th and 16 December

Weekend session: Saturday and Sunday, 10am-4pm
