The QVM is a lasting Melbourne icon which never fails to inspire you to want to cook up a feast!  Our chef will not only show you what makes this market so special, but he will introduce you to the stall holders, show you where to find those specialty items, how to identify the freshest products and give you ideas on putting quick and easy, fresh and flavoursome menus together.  Buy up and then head back to William Angliss to cook up a culinary storm. This interactive class will be about simple, fabulous flavours, quick preparation and an introduction to many new ingredients. A late lunch over a glass of wine will be a fitting end to the culinary adventure.
