William Angliss Institute offers a wide range of Wine Appreciation Courses from the basic fundamental skills for the novice at home or industry through to tailored industry and specialist level training.

As experience and interest in food and cooking grows, so too does out range of wine courses. In this program you will discover the delights of wine, wine production and handling and flavour sensations that will awaken your senses. Our Wine Courses will also incorporate the components of the WSET® Level 1 and 2 course and participants will have the opportunity to sit through an optional exam.
