This program commences with an introductory lesson that helps all students assimilate into the kitchen, the chef will firstly demonstrate the process and then guide the students through the hands-on task of making all the products.

- Food Hygiene
- Basic Knife Skills
- Pastry Making and Decoration techniques
- Kitchen safety
Baking Classes:
- Course Introduction/Knife Skills/Pastry making - Savoury
- Pastry making - Sweet
- Cake (and cupcake) and Cookie Decoration
3 Week Day Classes, 10am-2pm.
