This Junior chef program will commence with an introduction class that will help all students assimilate into the program. The program will then move through the various methods of cookery to a Graduation class event at the end. But this course is not all about cooking, it will also be about providing kids with a really valuable and fundamental understanding of food; what food is - sustainable, healthy and wholesome. The program will incorporate market tours, educational sessions and visits to food establishments so the kids can experience, see and talk to the business operators.

Class duration: 4 days, each class will run for a minimum of 3 hours (10am – 2pm)
