Introduction to Cake Decorating
Turn your cake into a work of art! Learn to professionally decorate your cakes for all occasions, including wedding and Christmas cakes. This hands-on course will teach you fundamental cake decorating skills plus many traditional decorating methods and designs including chocolate decorating, piping jelly, butter cream, freehand piping skills, kopy kake machine, and stencils.
