Introduction to Basic Cooking

This cooking class is ideal for the beginner - designed to establish confidence in the kitchen and in basic cooking methods, including preparation of meals, interpreting modern and classic recipes and equipping your kitchen with the basic implements essential for every home.

For people who already cook at home and wish to upskill, try our new course Chef at Home.

Weekend session: 10am-4pm
or Four Weekly sessions: 6.30-9.30pm
