Following the successfully run Italian event 'Royal Caserta week' in December last year with The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Australia - Melbourne Inc., we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting another Cultural experience in collaboration with the Center for Culinary Arts from Manila, Philippines. We look forward to seeing you at this exclusive event which coincidentally will run during the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2012.

on Friday 9th March, 2.30 – 5.00pm.


Four classic Filipino dishes (Beef Kaldereta, Chicken and Pork Adobo, Chicken Tocino and Garlic rice) will be prepared by top visiting Filipino Chefs from the Center for Culinary Arts in Manila, using authentic local ingredients from the Philippines, all for you to taste, smell and experience.

Spaces are limited, therefore bookings is essential. The cost is $20 per person.
