If you wish to obtain employment in the sale of liquor or you have employees involved in the sale of liquor, you are required to complete the RSA. The course involves better business practices, legalities & responsibilities, facts about alcohol, monitoring the premises and improving the atmosphere.
This course provides gaming staff and potential gaming staff with the necessary knowledge and skills required to develop responsible, caring and professional service in the gaming environment.
From the 1st of October 2011, food premises must have a nominated person who has completed an approved Food safety Supervisors course.

Examples of businesses that require a food safety supervisor include: Restaurants, cafes, takeaway shops, caterers, bakeries, pubs, clubs, hotels and supermarket hot food sales. This is not a comprehensive list.
